2026年9月6日(日)～9月11日(金)、札幌コンベンションセンターにおいて開催された11th International Congress on Ceramics (ICC’11)において、松田准教授が招待講演、および研究発表をしました。遷移金属酸化物エピタキシャル薄膜への真空紫外エキシマ光照射による結晶構造とp型伝導特性制御に関する研究成果、およびワイドギャップ透明酸化物半導体の深紫外レーザーアニーリングによる固相エピタキシーと異原子価ドーパントの拡散による導電性制御の研究結果です。
また、共同研究をしている大岡山キャンパスの矢野･岸研究室の学生さんによる、研究発表もありました。
ICC’11は日本セラミックス協会が主催、米国セラミックス協会が共催する国際会議で、国外から多くの研究者・技術者も参加して盛況な会議となりました。
