Materials Research Meeting 2025 (MRM2025)

2025年12月8日(月)~12月13日(土)、パシフィコ横浜ノースで開催されたMaterials Research Meeting 2025 (MRM2025)にて、松田准教授、M2 山中、M1 平野、金子特別研究員 (KISTEC) が研究発表をしました。
強還元性雰囲気下のアニーリングによる酸化物半導体を前駆体とした強磁性金属エピタキシャル薄膜への構造変換や、高エネルギーなフォトンを利用する光誘起トポケミカル反応による物性制御などについて講演と議論を行い、電子機能性をもつ薄膜ナノ構造の合成・構造制御プロセスについて研究を進捗させる知見を得ることができました。
